Overview
I've written 14 books in my own name, on subjects ranging from President John F Kennedy, Douglas Adams and Clive James to treasure hunting, English style and grammar, personal development and the history of international telecommunications.
I've written 14 books for others, on subjects ranging from marketing analytics, corporate leadership, African development and Olympic high jumping to behavioural science, cancer surgery, sporting skulduggery and East End thuggery.
I am sensitive to nuance, pedantic about syntax and tenacious about working together and problem-solving until my authors are truly delighted with what we've created.
My motto is adopted from Red Adair, the world's greatest oil-well firefighter: 'If you think it's expensive to hire a professional, just wait till you hire an amateur.'
You'll only get one chance to do your book. Make sure you get it right first time.
